If you would like a quote before having your clothing repaired, please send us some photos of the damage. Here are some example photos:

For an inseam repair: Please do not send photos of you wearing the damaged item, unless you would like me to post them on social media. Please make sure the lighting is good and the photo is not blurry- this is 2021.

Photo 1: Place your pants waist down on a table or floor. Hold your pants so the entire inseam is visible. With a hand on each leg hole, pull tight to the damaged area, as shown in photo1. It’s very helpful to have someone help take photos.

Photo 2: Hold your pants with one hand on the zipper seam and the other on the seam that runs through the back packets. Pull tight to should the damaged area, as shown in photo 2

Photo 3: Turn the jeans inside out, hold the pants by the inseam.

Non-Inseam damage | Try to lay the item flat and point to the damaged area. For example, if the damaged area is a hole on the leg of your pants, place a quarter next to the hole so that we will have a reference for how large the hole is.

PLEASE WASH BEFORE | You can take care of your pants however you would like but please wash them before giving them to us to repair. Besides hygienic reasons, repairing unwashed pants, especially jeans is actually worse for the longevity of the life of your jeans. When repairing pants we typically have to take seams apart and expose areas that are notorious for collecting dirt and grime. If we repair dirty jeans we are simply stitching over all that dirt and grime that has been sinking into the fibers and once you do actually wash the jeans, all that dirt will be washed away leaving a gap between the original fibers and the repair. This could cause your jeans to rip again quicker.

If your pants are not adequately washed and have a stench, then we will wash them for you and you will be charged a cleaning fee.
